Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Boston, MA: Coach and mentor the branch team on products and services, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell of mortgage-related products. Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations, and serves as the internal and external mortgage expert while maintaining relationships with customers. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers' financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
