Coaches and mentors branch teams on mortgage products and services; meets customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products; collaborates on marketing and cross-sell efforts; promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories; serves as internal/external mortgage expert; provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and market knowledge; requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory compliance; must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/real estate experience and 3+ years mortgage lending/sales; NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance required.
