Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients to fulfill the dream of homeownership by serving as the chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan, coaching branch teams on products and services, and collaborating with bankers to promote mortgage loan originations. Duties include meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for additional products, leveraging marketing and lead-sourcing efforts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers' goals and circumstances. Requires strong communication skills, real estate market knowledge in the local area, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
