Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serves as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle, coaches branch teams, meets with customers to introduce banking products, and collaborates on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations. The role requires knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, real estate markets, compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank and NMLS registration, and strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills. Forming partnerships with retail branches and leveraging marketing channels to drive client fulfillment and product cross-sell are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
