Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role in Chase Home Lending focusing on guiding clients to homeownership, serving as primary contact throughout the loan life cycle, and collaborating with bankers and teams on product promotion, cross-sell, and marketing initiatives. Key duties include coaching branch teams on mortgage products, meeting with customers with bankers, promoting mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, maintaining expert knowledge of mortgage guidelines (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), providing consultative financial recommendations, and building strong relationships with customers and branches. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate, 3+ years mortgage lending and sales experience, knowledge of local real estate markets, strong communication skills, and NMLS/Safe Act compliance execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance (required after employment)
