Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Batavia, IL leads mortgage loan originations for Chase Home Lending, coaches branch staff on products/services, collaborates with bankers to connect clients with additional banking solutions, and develops partnerships with retail branches to drive customer experiences and cross-sell. The role requires consultative financial analysis, deep knowledge of mortgage products (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), and strong relationship-building and communication skills to advise clients throughout the loan lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
