Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending based in Austin, TX. Responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers with bankers, and introducing clients to bankers for additional products. Collaborates on marketing and cross-sell efforts to promote mortgage loan originations, builds internal/external mortgage expertise, and provides consultative recommendations based on customers’ financial needs and goals. Requires strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and NMLS/Safe Act processes, and proven sales experience in mortgage lending and retail banking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
