Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor leads mortgage-originations efforts for Chase Home Lending in the Atlanta area, coaching branch teams, meeting customers, and collaborating with bankers to promote loan products. Responsibilities include training on products and services, developing partnerships with retail branches, leveraging marketing and lead-generation efforts, providing consultative financial recommendations, and maintaining strong customer relationships as the mortgage expert. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience, knowledge of real estate markets and FHA/VA guidelines, and strong communication skills. The role is fully aligned with regulatory requirements and NMLS/SAFE Act participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
