Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsibilities include coaching and mentoring branch teams on mortgage products, collaborating with bankers to meet clients and introduce cross-sell opportunities, partnering on marketing and relocation programs, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, and serving as the internal/external mortgage expert with strong consultative skills, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 is required for active employment with JPMorgan Chase;,”Your continued employment in this position would be contingent upon compliance with SAFE Act” (as stated)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements
