Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for mortgage loan originations and delivering consultative financial guidance. Coaches and mentors branch teams, collaborates with bankers to introduce clients to additional products and services, and partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts. Builds expertise as the internal/external mortgage resource, maintains relationships with customers, adheres to regulatory requirements, and provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
