Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending based in Arvada, CO serves as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, coaching branch teams on products and services, partnering with bankers to introduce clients to additional products, and driving mortgage loan originations. The role involves collaboration across marketing efforts, cross-sell initiatives, and strong consultative guidance, leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to meet customers' financial needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
