Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through mortgage loan origination within Chase Home Lending. Key duties include coaching branch teams on products/services, meeting with customers to introduce additional banking products, collaborating on marketing and outreach efforts, developing partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations, acting as internal/external mortgage expert, and providing consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and goals. Required capabilities include sales and real estate knowledge, regulatory compliance (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act), NMLS registration/SAFE Act adherence, and strong communication skills. Preferred FHA/VA sales experience and relationship-building/marketing competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
