Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor with Chase Home Lending. Serves as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, coaches branch teams, collaborates with bankers to grow mortgage loan originations, and leverages marketing tools to drive client solutions. Requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, consultative selling, relationship-building, and regulatory compliance, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/real estate and 3+ years of mortgage lending/sales experience. Role emphasizes training teammates, partnering with retail branches, and promoting mortgage products to fulfill homeownership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- Experience with cross-selling, marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills
