Senior Highway Project Engineer

Lead the design for multiple concurrent highway projects, including roadways, interchanges, and trail improvements, using advanced engineering principles and design software. Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work while performing and checking design computations to ensure quality and constructability. Define parameters, review alternative studies, and prepare technical reports and memos. Mentor less experienced engineers, provide technical oversight, and collaborate with the project manager to manage scope, budget, and schedules. Attend client meetings to interpret requirements and share best practices across the industry.
