Job Summary
Senior Highway Engineer leading the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects in the Middle East, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, delivering BIM infrastructure projects, and applying QA/QC procedures. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports/presentations, interacting with clients and other disciplines, preparing scopes of work and design criteria, and leveraging Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D along with project management tools to ensure high-quality infrastructure outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in road and highway engineering
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Design experience using Civil 3D and road/h highway design software
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of GCC and international highway design standards and regulations
- Experience in sustainable and innovative road design techniques
