Senior Highway Engineer

Job Summary
Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams. Develop innovative and sustainable transportation infrastructure solutions while ensuring compliance with local and international design standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget; conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables; contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing; stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Master's degree (M.Tech) in Transportation/Highway Engineering is strongly preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in highway and road infrastructure design, project management, and delivery
- Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Proficiency with highway design software and CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of design codes and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent technical communication and proposal writing skills
