Job Summary
Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams. Develop innovative and sustainable transportation infrastructure solutions while ensuring compliance with local and international design standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables. Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering. Maintain strong technical communication skills and proficiency with highway design software and CAD tools.
Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Transportation/Highway Engineering (Master's strongly preferred)
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in highway and road infrastructure design, project management, and delivery
- Proficiency with highway design software and CAD tools
- Excellent technical communication and proposal writing skills
- Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multidisciplinary project teams
