Senior Highway Design Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the geometric and detailed design of major highway infrastructure projects, developing innovative engineering solutions for complex transportation challenges. Review and approve design calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications while ensuring compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and international standards. Manage assigned design packages, monitor schedules, and coordinate internal and external interfaces to resolve complex engineering issues throughout project delivery. Act as the technical point of contact for clients, attending meetings, responding to review comments, and supporting authority approvals. Mentor junior engineers, review their work prior to submission, and lead interdisciplinary coordination and design reviews. This role requires 8–12 years of highway design experience with strong UAE exposure and proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, and MicroStation. A Master's degree is desirable, and experience with RTA infrastructure projects is highly valued.
