Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License
- 10 to 15 years of design experience in the Mid-Atlantic Region
- Roadway/Highway design experience
- Maintenance of traffic drawings and traffic control plans
- Site/Civil experience including R.O.W., utilities, and drainage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CADD standards for MDSHA, DelDOT, DcDOT & VDOT
