Senior High-bay Warehouse Manager (Automated Warehouse)

Job Summary
Lead the highly automated High-bay Warehouse operations in LEGO Manufacturing, ensuring delivery of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People targets while driving automation excellence and operational performance. Manage end-to-end material flow for LEGO bricks and P-boxes, own full asset responsibility for equipment maintenance, and execute continuous improvement strategies using data analytics and TPM principles. Drive leadership and recruitment for the entire team, including technicians and shift leads, while maintaining strict compliance with 5S inspections and corporate escalation procedures. Report HBW operational KPIs directly to factory leadership and build proactive collaboration with automated equipment suppliers. This role sits within the Logistics department, turning complex technological operations into the core flow of the factory.
Required Qualifications
- University degree — Bachelor's degree or higher — in a technical, mechanical, automation, or logistics/supply chain field
- At least 5 years of experience as a people leader
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams

- Deep familiarity with TPM — Total Productive Maintenance — and its pillars
- Strong preference for working experience in continuous 24/7 manufacturing operations
- At least 5 years of solid experience in automated warehouse operations

- Experience in a related industrial automation environment
- Practical knowledge and application of CI tools, including 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and process confirmations
- Strong ability to make independent tactical decisions
