Job Summary
Senior Hernia Sales Specialist responsible for driving clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve above-market growth within the Shoreline District territory (Detroit, MI to Cleveland, OH). Lead strategic account planning, foster key customer relationships, drive robotic integration initiatives, and leverage sales education and programs to accelerate procedural adoption and market conversion. Develop and execute targeted strategies to increase hernia market share, manage accounts using the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize model, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to position the hernia portfolio as the primary solution for robotic-assisted surgery. Must hold a valid driver’s license and reside within the territory; travel across accounts is required. Minimum education/experience requirements: High School Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is restricted to Principal-level roles and above. Salary: $90,000 base with eligible incentives; comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of sales/clinical experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years
- Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
- Ability to travel within territory and drive to multiple accounts
