Seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician for Level 1 & 2 support services for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys. Responsibilities include user support, training, hardware/software installation, and ITIL documentation. Ideal candidate should have experience with Adobe Connect and ITIL certification is advantageous. Offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Qualifications
