Job Summary
Senior Heavy Equipment Operator III at WM, operating bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders at recycling/ waste-disposal sites with a 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, moving materials with heavy equipment, and following standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Requires 5 years of heavy equipment experience, ability to work independently, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety guidelines; on-site role based in Ontonagon, MI with benefits from Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
