Job Summary
Senior Customer Portfolio Manager for Gas Power, responsible for ownership of customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing P&L and growth opportunities, developing and executing customer communication plans, overseeing warranty and commercial matters, coordinating outage planning and parts management, and leading contract deliverables and project/program leadership. Roles include liaising between internal/external organizations, reviewing customer needs, proposing GE Vernova products/services, and facilitating customer meetings from pre-outage to post-outage milestones, including on-site repairs and component repairs, while ensuring adherence to terms and conditions and concession management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associates degree from a college or 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time at a site
