Job Summary

Lead customer relationships for Gas Power portfolios, own contract deliverables and growth opportunities, coordinate outage planning and field services, manage quotes and parts orders, and oversee warranty and concessions while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. Serve as the liaison between internal/external teams, develop and own customer communication plans, facilitate regular customer meetings, review GE Vernova products/services for value, and ensure successful fulfillment of contractual terms and T&Cs. Requires ability to travel up to 25% and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on outages, repairs, and program milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associates degree from a college or 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
  • Ability to work up to 25% of the time at a site
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
