Job Summary
Senior Healthcare Research & Data Analyst (Spanish Language Expert) to join the Medtech team in Bengaluru, India. You will conduct industry interviews and surveys, oversee online/phone data collection, retrieve and interpret data from industry repositories and regulatory documents, transform qualitative findings into quantitative measures, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support medical device market insights. The role requires strong market research expertise in healthcare/medical devices, fluency in Spanish (and English), experience with Excel and SQL, and the ability to manage projects under tight deadlines. Hybrid work mode with overlapping hours to coordinate with teams in Toronto and Barcelona.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in pharmacy/life sciences/pharmaceutical sciences or Spanish linguistics/translation studies or related field
- Experience in primary market research, respondent recruitment, data collection, project management
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages (German/French) a plus
- Experience in translation or interpretation
- Strong communication and attention to detail; ability to deliver timely results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
