Job Summary
Senior healthcare recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for nine skilled nursing and two assisted living communities in Massachusetts. Owns sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff), oversees 1–2 recruitment interns, partners with facility leadership to tailor hiring strategies, and drives employer branding and candidate engagement across job fairs, events, and campaigns. Manages ATS records, ensures license verification and pre-employment screening, tracks metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline volume, source effectiveness), and collaborates with marketing and HR on retention and recruitment initiatives. Requires strong sourcing and relationship-building, experience with ATS and recruiting platforms, travel locally within MA, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare, long-term care, or senior living
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as RNs, LPNs, and CNAs strongly preferred
- Prior experience mentoring, training, or supervising interns or junior staff preferred
- Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare licensing and credentialing basics (e.g., verifying active nursing licenses) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally between Massachusetts communities and to community events
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
