Job Summary

Design clinical interventions by conducting needs assessments, analyzing existing practices, and creating journey maps to illustrate future-state proposals. Lead project management efforts for mission-focused programs, including landscape analyses, business cases, change management plans, and operations manuals. Assist stakeholders from coordinators to executives in developing standard operating procedures and briefing materials while simplifying complex ideas into accessible information. Contribute to high-visibility deliverables and maintain strong client relationships through solution-focused interactions. Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support program planning and implementation for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • eight (8) years of experience
  • Master's degree
  • six (6) years of experience
  • working on engagements in a consulting organization
  • health-related government entity
  • within a large integrated health care delivery system
  • Experience with consulting methodologies such as change management
  • process improvement
  • human-centered design
  • environmental/market analysis
  • qualitative and quantitative research
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, accessible information for diverse audiences
