Job Summary
Senior Healthcare Assistant at Sonya Lodge Care Home (Dartford, Kent). Lead care staff, provide high-quality physical, emotional and social support to residents, supervise care services, ensure practices meet standards and regulations, maintain up-to-date skills through ongoing training, and facilitate effective communication with residents’ families and advocates. Required Qualifications
