Job Summary

Develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges while coordinating project drawings, specifications, and documentation with the team. Lead cross-functional design disciplines to generate innovative ideas, apply advanced architectural concepts, and integrate QA/QC procedures and BIM standards into deliverables. Provide technical guidance to staff, resolve issues, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain project schedules. Partner directly with the Project Manager to ensure financial health, claim prevention, and alignment with design intent. Participate in client presentations to contribute to successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of ten to fifteen years of professional experience in architecture
  • Professional licensure
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Proficient in Bluebeam
  • Proficient in standard architectural software
  • Competent in technical design
  • Ability to investigate, evaluate, and recommend solutions that meet client needs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain quality standards
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Current portfolio/work samples in PDF format
