Job Summary
Manage and maintain Health, Safety & Security performance at the Hail Poultry site in alignment with Almarai HSS policy, while overseeing poultry sales HSS. Lead risk and fire prevention strategies, investigate accidents, and handle incidents involving fire, explosion, chemicals, or casualties using incident command training. Ensure compliance with international codes, NFPA, FPA, and LPC standards, and maintain ISO 45001 certification. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HSS, NEBOSH or Tech SP certification, and 10+ years of HSS Manager experience, including 5 years in senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HSS Discipline
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Post Graduate Certificate in Health, Safety/Security
- Tech SP (Technical member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
- GRADOSH (Graduate Member of JOSH)
- OSHA
- Minimum of 7-10 years as HSS Manager
- Minimum 10 years' experience as HSS Manager in a Poultry Factory
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in risk and fire prevention
- Excellent technical knowledge of food manufacturing
- Good knowledge of international codes and standards relating to security and access systems and Prevention NFPA, FPA, LPC
- Trained in incident command
- Ability to deal safety and security with all types of incidents, fire explosion, chemical and incidents resulting in causalities
- Ability to investigate accidents
