Job Summary
Senior Health & Safety Manager responsible for overseeing health and safety programs across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company, federal, and state requirements, and driving a proactive safety culture. Leads leadership coaching, incident investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives; develops and implements HS strategies, audits, and reporting; aligns safety objectives with business goals; manages budgets, vendor contracts, and safety-related documentation; requires strong communication, data analysis, and collaboration with operations, HR, and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Health and Safety preferred or ten+ years of related experience in Health and Safety management
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to drive
