Senior Health & Safety Manager

Set strategy and direction for enterprise-wide safety programs and lead risk management and mitigation across the organization. Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and industry standards while driving a safety-first culture through coaching and stakeholder engagement. Lead complex incident investigations and corrective actions, then report performance metrics and governance directly to executive management. Manage and develop health and safety teams to oversee high-level risk assessments and safety audits across multiple national projects. This role reports to the Regional Health & Safety Manager at ACCIONA, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure with over 65,000 professionals across 40 countries.
