Job Summary
Senior Health & Safety Cluster Manager to lead and coordinate occupational health and safety across logistics warehouse sites in Poland (Bydgoszcz). Responsibilities include managing internal and external safety audits, developing safety strategies, monitoring conditions, organizing safety inspections, overseeing projects, preparing monthly/annual safety reports and budgets, directing subordinate staff, issuing procedural opinions, collaborating with unions, coordinating behavioral safety programs, and implementing best safety practices. Ideal candidates will hold a university or postgraduate degree in a safety-related field, have at least 3 years of independent HSE experience in manufacturing, demonstrate strong knowledge of HSE and fire protection regulations with RCA capabilities, possess English (minimum B2) and Polish fluency, have Google-competent computer skills, a valid category B driver’s license, and the ability to travel regionally. Required Qualifications
- University degree or postgraduate degree in occupational health and safety-related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in an independent position responsible for all occupational health and safety activities
- Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations and the ability to interpret them
- Knowledge and ability to apply root cause analysis (RCA) methodology
- English language skills at least level B2 and fluent in Polish
- Good computer skills, particularly Google
- Valid category B driving license
- Ability to travel regionally (mobility)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a matrix organisation
