Job Summary
Investigate internal and external data questions to understand trends within customer-defined cohorts, while defining quality metrics and dashboards to track improvement opportunities in prescription and medical claims data. Build standard templates to streamline data quality, design new analytics features such as match and merge logic, and own key analytics projects in the product roadmap. Collaborate cross-functionally to launch scalable data improvements across billions of records, establishing quality standards for merging, payer data, and lab information. This role supports the Compass Patient Team at Veeva, helping life sciences companies accelerate therapy access through de-identified patient analytics for commercial use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data
- Advanced SQL skills; able to query and manipulate relational databases
- Knowledge of Industry Standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC
- Experience documenting and presenting analytics results with stakeholders
- Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success
