Job Summary
Investigate internal and external data questions to understand trends within customer-defined cohorts, while defining quality metrics and building dashboards to track improvement opportunities. Design new analytics features including match, merge, and dedupe logic to enhance data quality across billions of records. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to launch productizable improvements that drive continuous improvement in merging, payer data, and lab domains. Own key analytics projects in the data and feature roadmaps to support de-identified patient analytics for commercial use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data
- Advanced SQL skills; able to query and manipulate relational databases
- Knowledge of Industry Standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC
- Experience documenting and presenting analytics results with stakeholders
- Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success
