Job Summary
Manage complex client engagements for 2,000+ life employers, overseeing service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewal, and benchmarking. Negotiate with benefits carriers and vendors to secure coverage, acting as the primary client and relationship manager. Develop sophisticated benefits design strategies, create tools for complex client issues, and define full service scopes with internal team roles. Communicate industry trends to clients while monitoring project success against scope, budget, and timeliness. Be accountable for revenue/profitability and drive demand for new products. Set strategic direction for the marketplace and participate in new business opportunities with sales channel partners. Thrive in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' complex health care benefit plans
- Client facing experience in a consulting capacity
- Renowned expertise and industry reputation in the health & benefits field
- Life and Health License
- Strong, innovative sales and marketing skills
- Ability to market organizational strengths successfully
- Well-versed mathematical skills
- Strategic planning skills

- Proven management skills in leading large, complex projects
- Ability to work at least three days a week in the office
