Job Summary
The Senior Head Golf Professional at The Landings Golf and Athletic Club will oversee all golf services and operations, manage golf cart maintenance, tee-time reservations, enforce golf course regulations, coordinate with maintenance and retail departments, and execute tournament programs. Requires a PGA membership and 5+ years in the golf business with management experience. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, have customer service experience, and be able to manage a diverse workload.
Required Qualifications
- Member of the Professional Golfer’s Association of America
- Experience at a private club with high volume of play
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Customer service experience
- Training and supervision experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in tournament operations
- Expertise in golf instructional programs
- Experience in merchandising
