Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules
• •4+ years consulting experience
• •Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry, specifically hospitals and/or direct patient care

• •Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape
• •Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing
• •Comprehensive product knowledge, including a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning
• •Strong industry knowledge, including staying abreast of current trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments
• •Proven ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements through various techniques
• •Strong solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize resources
• •Excellent task management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks effectively
• •Exceptional teamwork skills, including collaboration, communication, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• •Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage workload
• •Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites
