Job Summary
Validate and evaluate the quality and performance of vehicle hardware components throughout the product development lifecycle. Perform validation and quality evaluation based on product requirements and plans, developing test procedures and reports. Evaluate functionality, durability, reliability, and integration while analyzing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and verifying corrective actions. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve technical issues and support validation at key milestones like DV, PV, and SOP. Improve validation methods, test standards, and engineering processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of automotive hardware validation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive hardware validation, vehicle development, or product quality engineering
- Strong understanding of vehicle hardware components, system integration, and automotive product development processes
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test procedures, and validation activities
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action verification
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test standards
- Good English communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration
