Job Summary
Define test plans to verify SES configuration requirements and ensure 100% traceability with zero defect leakage. Own Embedded System V&V projects from early product approval through the final "Approval Phase," guiding defect fixes and managing test architecture roadmaps. Deliver embedded system deliverables across the entire AD and PD space while maintaining strict requirement-to-test alignment. This role supports the SES Embedded System team within Whirlpool India's Technology & Engineering Center, leveraging deep product knowledge to drive design improvements and maintain global standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years Engineering & Technical - Program / Project Delivery experience (Embedded System module deliverables)
- Deep product knowledge as per platform ownership
- Demonstrated experience and Knowledge in Test Architecture
- Demonstrated competency with delivery of projects throughout entire AD and PD space
- Competent in Hardware, Code, Validation, EMC, Electronics Reliability, Codes and Standards, OPEX, Lean Mindset, Lean PD
- Working knowledge of the tools used
- Predictability and traceability
- Expertise in Product, Hardware, Code, strong understanding about Continuous Integration agile and DevOps processes
