Job Summary
Propulsion Hardware Development Engineer responsibilities include developing manufacturing processes, new techniques, and tools to enable high-rate production and increased engine performance; working with design and analysis teams to simplify propulsion systems; leading design for manufacturing initiatives; designing test setups and coordinating development, qualification, and acceptance testing; participating in failure investigations and corrective actions; designing, analyzing, and procuring tooling for part manufacturing and system testing; and creating development build/test schedules. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have 5+ years of engineering experience, possess fundamentals in thermodynamics/structures/fluids/heat transfer, and have experience with CFD/FEA (ANSYS). Required Qualifications
