Job Summary
Perform residential handyman services including drywall repair, carpentry, door repair, light plumbing, and light electrical work. Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and correctly while communicating professionally with homeowners on-site. Maintain tools, materials, and clean jobsites following company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. This full-time field-based role offers steady year-round work with performance-based pay, where top performers earn over $30/hr. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with no weekends or on-call shifts. Candidates must have 5+ years of residential experience and strong skills in drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman, home repair, or residential maintenance experience
- Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No weekends No on-call shifts
