Senior Habilitation Manager

Job Summary
Conduct regular client visits to assess progress and ensure services align with individualized goals and the Person-Centered/Individual Support Plan. Serve as an internal case manager and advocate for clients receiving Habilitation services while participating in planning processes. Collaborate with families, Case Managers, and interdisciplinary teams to identify, implement, and evaluate individualized service needs. Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Habilitation Technicians in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Contribute to program initiatives and quality improvement efforts while mentoring team members. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of post-degree experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)

- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of person-centered planning and individualized support practices
- Demonstrated success in taking on increasing levels of responsibility and achieving goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting individuals with I/DD and promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
