Job Summary
Review and recode investment compliance rules within the Charles River Investment Management System, prioritizing coding activities to support programme delivery. Log and track data gaps, escalating issues where rules cannot be fully coded, while performing validation testing to ensure outputs align with business and regulatory requirements. Conduct comparisons between strategic and legacy compliance monitoring systems to identify gaps, collaborating with fund managers, traders, technology teams, and external vendors across global locations. Contribute to coding standards documentation and support programme governance by providing updates on progress, risks, and deliverables. This six-month fixed-term role involves migrating investment compliance monitoring onto a new platform within a high-profile strategic transformation programme.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience within investment management, with a strong focus on investment compliance
- Proven expertise working with Charles River and/or State Street investment management platforms
- Experience implementing and testing investment guideline rules and comparing strategic solutions with legacy environments
- Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations and how compliance monitoring platforms utilise data
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently across business and technology teams
- Experience working within large-scale transformation, migration or change programmes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence would be advantageous
