Job Summary
Conduct safe and confidence-inspiring tours while supporting Course Supervisors in daily operations, training, and coaching guides. Assist with non-routine and emergency situations and perform course maintenance as required. Maintain a physically active pace capable of lifting 28kgs, ensuring a fun atmosphere with minimal supervision. The role begins September 7 and requires weekend and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At minimum 16 hr first aid certificate
- Full clean driving license
- A proven record of health and safety commitment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physically active with the ability to lift 28kgs (60lbs)
- Thrive in a fast paced, productive environment where change is a constant
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to take the job seriously whilst promoting a fun atmosphere
- Keen to continue learning and promote personal growth
- Available and willing to work weekends and holidays
