Job Summary
Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC and leadership roles across Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Marketing. Strategically source passive candidates, partner with teams to generate referrals, and develop relationships with GTM leadership to collaborate during the hiring process. Make compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and our different GTM organizations while providing a top-notch candidate experience as a trusted internal business partner. Work with your RC to manage interview scheduling, track communications in Greenhouse, and plan sales recruiting events requiring travel across EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: from source to close
- Agency or internal experience
- Must have GTM recruiting experience in Solutions Engineering, Channel & Marketing
- Strong ability to influence using collaboration
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
- Commitment to excellence and top performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel to events and offices across EMEA
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime, Covey and G-Suite is a plus
