Job Summary
Find and attract the world's best talent to clients using deep sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and outside-the-box strategies. Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture socially and professionally. Partner with top-tier stakeholders to help them understand the value of good talent practice, focusing on recruiting great people across commercial disciplines. Utilize Boolean and other advanced sourcing methods to identify passive candidates. This 6-month FTC role supports Talentful's mission to transform recruitment into a driver of business value for high-growth companies like Alphabet and Microsoft.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial recruitment experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience filling niche roles
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience with Boolean
- Excellent written and verbal communication
