Job Summary
Senior Growth Systems Engineer to own the activation layer behind HeadFirst Group's Growth Tech ecosystem. Focus on audience activation from Databricks into downstream channels, identity resolution across platforms, event and consent flows, and QA of AI-generated activation outputs. Build and improve activation flows (Databricks → Hightouch → connected platforms), translate business use cases into scalable audience logic, enhance identity resolution and consent/event data readiness, and shape activation outputs across regions and brands.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience in technical activation
- MarTech, CDP, growth systems or data activation environments
- built or managed reverse ETL or warehouse-to-channel activation flows in production (Hightouch, Census or similar)
- comfortable with SQL and debugging audience definitions
- understanding of audiences, traits, events and sync logic
- experience with identity resolution, profile stitching or customer matching
- understanding consent flows from CMP to warehouse to activation
- comfortable with AI tools and judging AI-generated outputs
- Desirable: Databricks, dbt, Hightouch, multi-brand activation environments, Dutch language familiarity
