Job Summary
Lead product-led growth initiatives to enhance customer experiences focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and lifetime value. Requires at least 4 years in product management with a strong analytics background and hands-on A/B testing experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years in a product management role with a growth, lifecycle, or conversion focus
- Strong experience using data analytics to drive product decisions (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Hands-on experience running A/B experiments
- Strong understanding of user activation, conversion, and retention mechanics
- Located in the Durham, NC area
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with continuous discovery or empowered product team models
- Experience building consumer subscription products
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite
